Arrivals
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointment times will start and end at the scheduled time. Please be on time for your scheduled appointment to avoid shortening your service. Your cost or time will not be adjusted for late arrivals.

Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be courteous to your service provider and provide 24-hours notice for all in Spa appointments and a 48-hours notice for all Mobile appointments to avoid being charged full price of your service(s). No shows will be charged full price for scheduled service(s).

Personal Belongings
Please leave your jewelry and valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or left behind items.

Considerations
We ask that you turn your electronic devices off and refrain from using them at all in The Spa area. Please remember to use your “spa voice” when conversing for the courtesy of our other spa guests.

Mobile Spa Services
There may be an additional travel fee charge per appointment booked if outside our 19 mile travel zone, ie: Kiawah, Seabrook, IOP, Wild Dunes, Dunes West, Summerville, etc. 'If there are more than 6 stairs w/o the use of an elevator there is an additional $10 charge per every set of 6 stairs thereafter.

Gratuities
If you enjoyed your service, it is customary to give a gratuity of 18%-25% of the total, before any discounts are applied to the price.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are valid for 1yr from date of purchase and can be used towards any In Spa services, Mobile services or to purchase retail items in our spa location. Gift Certificates are not transferable & cannot be replaced if lost/stolen or redeemed for credit/cash back.

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover accepted.
